Photo shoots: Call us to schedule an appointment. We use top of the line camera and lighting equipment to ensure we capture the best possible quality images of your listing. The images will be sent to you via the internet or a photo CD upon request. Turn around time for this service is 48hrs after the shoot.
Print flyers: We do not print files, we use a high quality online printing service - www.printdepartment.com
They produce great flyers or postcards at very reasonable rates - fast!
If you wish to use this option, please set up an account with Print Department and then let us know the username and password so we can upload your files.
Email flyers: We have approximately 1300 realtors on our email list for Santa cruz county and another 1600 realtors on our Santa Clara/San Jose. Also, we have a list of about 60 commercial agents - to whom we email appropriate listings.
The other option is to print them yourself. we will email over a print resolution file that you can print yourself.
Virtual Slideshows: We put the still images into a creative slideshow format. Utilizing cross dissolves, and panning and zooming to form a virtual tour of your listing. From this we can burn high resolution DVD which will play on any DVD player. We also compress the file, host it for you, and it displays like a virtual tour through MLS and your web site.
